NICU - UNICEF

In collaboration with UNICEF, we designed a training curriculum under Noora’s Care Companion Program (CCP) for interpersonal communication and follow-up for better infant health outcomes in Sick Newborn Care Units (SNCU/NICU).

After finalizing a service design model, we developed products for various patient/family health system touchpoints such as a training package (training manuals, motivational gift items for the nurses, and service design for the training session), an event launch package (banner, standee, and certificates), and a hospital ward session package (breast model, diet plate, flipchart, takeaways, and posters).
